Enrow + Smartlead

Overview

What you can do

• Push contacts to a Smartlead campaign

  Dashboard

  From an Enrow list, push one contact or a selection and pick the campaign. Campaigns that already hold the contact are flagged, with the date of the push.

• Map fields and custom variables

  Dashboard

  By default, phone goes to phone_number and LinkedIn URL to linkedin_profile. Headline becomes a custom variable, written {{headline}} in your sequences.

• Respect block, unsubscribe and bounce lists

  Automatic

  Contacts on your Smartlead global block list or unsubscribe list, and addresses that recently bounced across Smartlead's network, are left out by default.

• Keep a contact out of two campaigns

  Automatic

  By default, a contact already in another Smartlead campaign isn't added. Allow duplicates across campaigns if you need to. Within one campaign, Smartlead always skips duplicates.

• Set a default campaign

  Pick the campaign your pushes go to unless you choose another one. It is preselected in the picker.

How to set it up

   Create a Smartlead API key

   In Smartlead, open Settings → API Keys and generate a key. Copy it right away: Smartlead shows it only once.

2. 02

   Connect Smartlead

   In the Enrow app, open Integrations, click Smartlead and paste the key. Enrow checks it with Smartlead before saving. An admin of your Enrow team does it once.

3. 03

   Push your first contacts

   Select contacts in an Enrow list, push them and choose a campaign. The default options protect your deliverability: change them only if you have a reason to.

Good to know

• →Smartlead gives API access from its Pro plan up. If you don't see API Keys in Smartlead's settings, ask Smartlead support.
• →Only admins of your Enrow team connect and configure Smartlead. Every member can then push contacts through the shared connection.
• →Custom variable names are case-sensitive in Smartlead: write {{headline}}, not {{Headline}}.
• →A campaign that already holds every selected contact is greyed out but stays selectable. Pushing again changes nothing: Smartlead removes the duplicates itself.
• →A contact needs an email to be pushed. After each push, Enrow shows how many contacts were added, duplicated or skipped, and keeps the push in the history.
