What is credit roll-over and how does it work?

On monthly Pro plans, unused credits carry over — up to 3× your monthly allocation (e.g. 10,000 credits/month, balance up to 30,000). On monthly Scale plans, roll-over extends to 6×. On annual Pro and Scale plans, you get all credits upfront with a 12-month lifespan. The Start plan doesn't roll over.

How does pay-as-you-go work?

Buy credits without a subscription. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for 12 months from purchase — though most teams use them within 3 months. You can also use them to top up an existing plan if you need extra credits mid-cycle. Scale plans get a discounted pay-as-you-go rate.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can't run new searches until you top up — but you have options. Trigger an early renewal for a fresh allocation right away, or buy pay-as-you-go credits without waiting for the next cycle. You can also enable auto top-up: it automatically buys pay-as-you-go credits when your balance drops below a threshold you set, so your prospecting never stops. Set an email alert too, to get notified before you hit zero.

What happens to my unused credits if I cancel?

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of your current billing period. Exception: pay-as-you-go credits keep their 12-month lifespan regardless of your subscription status.

Why upgrade from Start to Pro?

Start gives you the full toolkit — every feature, every integration. Pro adds two things that matter when you're not working alone: unlimited team members (no per-seat fees) and credit roll-over, so unused credits don't vanish at the end of the month. If you're a team or your usage varies month to month, Pro pays for itself.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately — new credit allocation right away. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Yes. Pause your plan and reactivate when you're ready. While paused, you keep access to your account but no new credits are allocated.

Yes. Annual plans offer significant savings, and all credits are allocated upfront with a 12-month lifespan on Pro and Scale.

How does Enrow pricing compare to Apollo, Lusha, or Cognism?

Accepted Answer

Apollo and Lusha charge credits whether the data is valid or not — you pay for searches, not results. Cognism requires annual enterprise contracts with per-seat fees. Enrow only charges when we find a verified result, with unlimited seats on Pro and Scale and no annual commitment required. Most teams see their cost per verified contact drop significantly after switching.

Is payment secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe — PCI-DSS compliant, industry standard. We never see or store your card details.

All payments go through Stripe Checkout: all major credit and debit cards, plus wallets. On request, we also enable bank transfers and SEPA/ACH direct debit for Custom contracts.
