Referral Programme Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Purpose
ENROW’s referral programme (the “Programme”) lets a User of app.enrow.io (the “Referrer”) recommend ENROW through their personal referral link, shown in the Billing area of their Account when the Programme is offered to them.
These terms are the specific conditions of a promotional offer within the meaning of Clause 7.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (the “Terms”), which continue to apply. Credits granted by the Programme are Credits within the meaning of Clause 2 of the Terms: non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and with no monetary value.
2. Referral Link and Referred User
- The “Referred User” is the person who creates a new ENROW Account after following a Referrer’s referral link, meaning an app.enrow.io address containing ?invite= followed by the Referrer’s code. An Account that already existed can never become that of a Referred User.
- The Referrer and the Referred User must be different people.
- The link’s code is kept for up to 30 days in the visitor’s browser (Cookie Policy, 3.5), and for less time on some browsers such as Safari: the Account must be created within that time, from the same browser. A sign-up made in a browser that did not keep the code, for example after cookies were cleared or on another device, cannot be credited.
- A visit that comes from a paid advertisement (utm_medium or medium parameter equal to cpc or ppc) is not credited.
3. One Attribution per Sign-up
A sign-up is credited to the last link followed before the Account is created, whether a referral link or a link of ENROW’s affiliate programme: the browser only keeps the most recent one. The same sign-up therefore never earns both referral Credits and an affiliate commission.
Content creators and agencies who want to be paid in money can join ENROW’s affiliate programme, whose conditions are separate from these terms.
4. Rewards
Rewards are triggered by the Referred User’s first payment, meaning the first invoice they pay for an amount above zero. They are only due if that first payment meets both of the following conditions:
- it covers at least 4,000 Credits, for example the Start plan with 4,000 Credits per month;
- the amount paid excluding tax, after any discount, is at least $47, or €42, £42 or CHF 42 depending on the billing currency.
If either condition is not met, no reward is due, neither for that payment nor for later ones. The Programme can be combined with a discount or a promotional code, but a discount that brings the amount paid excluding tax below this minimum deprives the Referrer and the Referred User of their reward.
When these conditions are met:
- the Referrer receives 2,000 Credits, plus 10% of the Credits bought with that first payment, this 10% share being capped at 10,000 Credits;
- the Referred User receives 1,000 Credits.
Examples: for a first payment of 4,000 Credits at $47 excluding tax, the Referrer receives 2,400 Credits and the Referred User 1,000 Credits; for 30,000 Credits, the Referrer receives 5,000 Credits; from 100,000 Credits, for example with an annual plan, which counts for all the Credits it includes, the Referrer’s reward reaches its cap of 12,000 Credits. The Referred User always receives 1,000 Credits.
Programme Credits are pay-as-you-go Credits, which do not expire (Clause 6.1 of the Terms). They are added to the balance the recipient spends Credits from: their Account or, for a member of a team (a Workspace within the meaning of Clause 5.3 of the Terms), that team’s shared balance. The Referrer’s and the Referred User’s rewards are granted together or not at all: any refusal under these terms applies to both.
5. Limits and Checks
- A Referrer is rewarded for at most 20 referrals per calendar year (UTC), counted on the date of the Referred User’s first payment. Beyond that, neither the Referrer nor the Referred User is rewarded.
- No reward is granted if the Referred User’s first payment is made with one of the Referrer’s payment methods: the same card, recognised by the fingerprint computed by our payment provider Stripe, the same Link account, recognised by its email address, or the same bank account, recognised by its fingerprint. For a Referrer who is a member of a team they do not own, the payment methods of the team’s owner count as their own. ENROW keeps neither these fingerprints nor these email addresses, only the result of the check.
- No reward is granted when the email addresses of the Referrer and the Referred User belong to the same work domain, for example marie@example.com and paul@example.com, nor when, at the time of the check, they are members of the same team, including when one owns the other’s team. Public or personal email domains, such as gmail.com, outlook.com or yahoo.com, do not count.
- No reward is granted if, at the time of the check, the Referred User’s first payment has been fully refunded or is disputed with their bank without a decision in ENROW’s favour.
- No reward is granted if, at the time of the check, the Referrer’s Account has been deleted or is being deleted, or if their referral link has been deactivated (section 6).
6. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited: referring yourself, including through another Account, another email address or another payment method; creating multiple accounts; spreading the link through unsolicited or bulk emails; using the link in paid advertisements, in particular by bidding on the ENROW name or its variations; publishing it on coupon or discount code websites.
In the event of abuse or breach of these terms or of Clause 6.2 of the Terms, ENROW may refuse, suspend or cancel a reward, withdraw from the balances concerned the referral Credits that have not yet been used and deactivate a Referrer’s link. A deactivated link no longer credits any sign-up.
7. Refunds and Disputes
If the Referred User’s first payment is fully refunded or disputed with their bank after the rewards were granted, ENROW may cancel these rewards and withdraw from the Referrer’s and the Referred User’s balances the referral Credits that have not yet been used. The referral still counts towards the annual limit of section 5.
8. Checks and Review
Rewards are decided automatically under these terms, usually within minutes of the first payment, and each recipient is notified in app.enrow.io when their Credits are added. Some situations are reviewed manually by ENROW before any decision, for example when the Credits bought cannot be read automatically, when the payment is made in a currency other than the US dollar, the euro, the pound sterling or the Swiss franc, or when the first payment cannot be identified with certainty. To report a sign-up that was not credited or to ask for a decision to be reviewed, write to support@enrow.io.
9. Duration and Changes
ENROW may change, suspend or end the Programme at any time. A change applies to Referred Users whose first payment is made after it is published on this page. Credits already granted are not affected, subject to sections 6 and 7.
10. Personal Data
To run the Programme, ENROW processes the Referrer’s code, the link between the Referrer’s Account and the Referred User’s, the click date, the details of the Referred User’s first payment (date, Credits, amount, currency) and the outcome of the reward. The checks of section 5 also cover the email domains and the teams of the two Accounts and, at Stripe, the payment method used. ENROW also notes, for a possible manual review, fraud signals such as both Accounts having signed up from the same IP address or a payment that Stripe rates as risky. The Referrer sees the number of sign-ups made with their link, the number of rewarded referrals and the Credits earned, and receives a notification for each reward, whose amount depends on the Credits bought by the Referred User; they never see the name or email address of the people they referred.
