CRM integration

Enrow + Microsoft Dynamics

Fill your Dynamics 365 contacts and leads with verified emails and phone numbers, through Zapier, Make or n8n, or in code with the Enrow API.

Overview

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's CRM, where prospects come in as leads, then become contacts attached to accounts. Enrow has no connector in Dynamics 365: you link the two through Zapier, Make or n8n, or in code with the Enrow API.

The usual recipe, on Zapier: the New Lead or New Contact trigger of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app, Enrow's Find Email with the person's name and company domain, then Update Lead or Update Contact to write the email. On Make, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app does the same with Watch Records and Update a Record.

What you can do

  • Enrich new leads automatically

    Automatic1 credit if found

New Lead starts the Zap. Enrow finds and verifies the work email, and Update Lead writes it to the lead before anyone qualifies it.

  • Enrich new contacts

    Automatic1 credit if found

Same recipe on contacts: New Contact, then Find Email, then Update Contact. On Make, Watch Records and Update a Record work for both.

  • Find phone numbers for Dynamics 365 records

    Automatic40 credits if found

Find Phone Number takes the person's LinkedIn URL and returns their phone, to write to the Mobile Phone or Business Phone column.

  • Verify emails from imports

    Automatic0.25 credit per check

Check addresses that came from imports or forms, catch-all included, and record the result in a column you add.

  • Build it in code with the API

    Automatic

Call the Enrow API from your own code and pass the Dynamics 365 record id in custom. Enrow sends it back with the result, so your code knows where to write it.

How to set it up

  1. 01

    Connect Enrow and Dynamics 365

In Zapier or Make, add the Enrow app with your Enrow API key, then connect Dynamics 365 with your Microsoft account.

  2. 02

    Build the automation

Trigger on New Lead or New Contact. Add Enrow's Find Email with the full name and the company domain, then Update Lead or Update Contact on the record from the trigger. Add Find Phone Number for phones. In code, send the request below instead.

  3. 03

    Test on a few records

Create two or three test leads, check the email and phone columns, then turn the automation on.

Good to know

  • →Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a premium app on Zapier, so it needs a paid Zapier plan. On Make, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app is available on the Enterprise plan.
  • →On n8n, use the Microsoft Dataverse node to update rows in the contacts or leads table. n8n's Microsoft Dynamics CRM node only covers accounts.
  • →Find Phone Number needs a LinkedIn URL. If your Dynamics 365 records don't store one yet, add a column for it.
  • →Enrow charges only for results: 1 credit per email found, 40 per phone found, nothing when nothing is found, and 0.25 credit per verification. Zapier, Make and n8n bill their own usage separately.
  • →In code, and with the Enrow node on self-hosted n8n, Enrow answers asynchronously: a request returns a search id, and the result arrives by webhook or with a GET on that id. On n8n Cloud, call the Enrow API with the HTTP Request node.
