Enrow + Slack
Post Enrow alerts in a Slack channel of your choice: low credits, declined API calls, automatic refills and processed files.
Overview
The Slack integration posts Enrow's own alerts in a channel you choose, so your team sees them where it already works: a balance running low, API calls being declined, credits added automatically, a bulk file finished.
Enrow posts in that one channel and nowhere else, and reads nothing. You choose, alert by alert, whether it goes to Slack, by email or to the app.
What you can do
Low credit balance
AutomaticPosted when your balance drops below the alert threshold you set in Billing.
API calls declined
AutomaticPosted when API requests fail for lack of credits or because your subscription is paused. At most once a week.
Automatic refills
AutomaticPosted when an early renewal or balance protection adds credits.
File processed
AutomaticPosted when a bulk file is done, with the number of emails and phone numbers found.
Choose where each alert goes
DashboardIn Profile → Notifications, turn each alert on or off for email, Slack, and the app.
How to set it up

Connect Slack
In the Enrow app, open Integrations and click Add to Slack. Slack only asks which channel to use: nothing else changes in your workspace.

Check the channel
Enrow posts "Enrow is connected" in the channel. All four alerts are on.
- 03
Fine-tune
In Profile → Notifications, choose alert by alert where it arrives: email, Slack, Discord or the app.
Good to know
- →Enrow posts in one channel of your choice and nowhere else, and reads nothing.
- →Your workspace blocks external apps? Paste a Slack webhook address instead: Enrow posts a test message before saving it.
- →It's a team setting: an admin connects the channel for the whole team, and the other members see it read-only.
- →Alerts are posted in French for French accounts, in English otherwise.
- →Disconnecting the channel stops posting there, without touching your email alerts.
- →The low-credit threshold is set in Billing → Settings.
