### Billing, roll-over & seats
- Billing options: monthly, annual (≈ 10% cheaper on Pro & Scale; Start has no annual discount), or pay-as-you-go (buy credits without a subscription; priced above the monthly rate — monthly is ~30% cheaper than pay-as-you-go).
- Roll-over: the Start plan does not roll over. Monthly Pro rolls unused credits up to 3× the monthly allocation; monthly Scale up to 6×. Annual Pro and Scale allocate all credits upfront with a 12-month lifespan.
- Pay-as-you-go credits never expire — their validity is unlimited, regardless of subscription status.
- Seats: unlimited team members on Pro and Scale at no extra cost; Start is single-user. You pay for credits, not seats.

## FAQ

**How does credit roll-over work?**
On monthly Pro plans, unused credits carry over up to 3× your monthly allocation (e.g. 10,000/month, balance up to 30,000). Monthly Scale extends to 6×. Annual Pro and Scale allocate all credits upfront with a 12-month lifespan. The Start plan does not roll over.

**How does pay-as-you-go work?**
Buy credits without a subscription. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire — their validity is unlimited. You can also use them to top up an existing plan mid-cycle. Scale plans get a discounted pay-as-you-go rate.

**What happens to unused credits if I cancel?**
Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing period. Exception: pay-as-you-go credits never expire and stay usable regardless of subscription status.

**Can I add my whole team?**
On Pro and Scale, unlimited team members at no extra cost. Start is single-user. You pay for credits, not seats.

**Are there any hidden fees?**
No. Your plan price is what you pay. Credits are deducted only for verified results or per check. No per-seat, setup, export, or overage fees.

**Is Enrow GDPR and CCPA compliant?**
Yes. Enrow returns professional B2B contact data only, sourced and processed in line with European and Californian privacy regulations. Prospects can request removal at any time; a DPA is available on request.
